Non-Refundable Retainer

All sessions require a 25% non-refundable retainer to reserve your scheduled date and time. The retainer is due at the time of booking, with the remainder due 7 days prior to your scheduled photoshoot. The photoshoot will not be booked until the retainer is paid in full. 

Travel Fees

Travel is included up to 30 miles from 98087. Anything further will incur a 58.5 cent travel fee per mile, per the IRS travel rates for 2022.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all photoshoot cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel your photoshoot with less than 48 hours notice, you agree to forfeit your non-refundable retainer. If at least 48 hours notice is given, you may reschedule your photoshoot for a later date and may apply your retainer towards the new date.

Gallery Fees

Your session Gallery will be available online for you to view and download for 90 days from the date it is posted. After 90 days, it will be removed from the site and no longer available for download. After 90 days, should you need to see the Gallery, you must submit a formal request in writing for the Gallery to be made available again. There will be a $30 fee charged for this request.
